We are currently retained by a number of educational establishments in the West Midlands to recruit Project Managers (Capital Works) for their respective Estates Directorates. Salary £50k - £60k (depending upon experience) + excellent benefits.

Working within the Estates Directorate the Project Managers will be responsible for delivering various projects across the diverse property portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Capital Programmes, projects will consist of small to medium sized Refurbishment, Alterations, Fit Out and Extensions ranging in value from £100k - £10m.

The successful candidates will have a proven track record of managing small to medium scale, technically complex projects in a client side or client’s consultant role. Applicants will have excellent stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and collaborative communication style. Strong technical skills are essential as it is expected that candidates will be adept at managing all stages of the project lifecycle from briefing and design development through to procurement and construction delivery.
