Our client is a well-known real estate advisory firm which provides building consultancy, surveying, financial and investment advice across the built environment. They are now looking to appoint a dedicated Project Administrator to support the Project Lead on a Major London based Residential scheme.

The incumbent will provide administrative support and document control to the project. This will entail setting up a robust document control processes and helping with the integration with a new software package. You will be working with key stakeholders internally (Project Directors and Associates) and Externally (Contractors Project Manager, Building Control and consultants (including Fire etc.)

As is to be expected a prior administrative background will be required, the experience of working with construction/ real estate environment desired with an appreciation for the significance of robust documentation and filing.

The role will be based in cutting edge offices in central London ideally located to take advantage of what the city has to offer. Although this is an initial 6-month appointment due to the scope of other projects due to start or in construction this role has the potential to go permanent for the right individual.
