Inspired Learning one of the largest and fastest growing independent nurse and school groups in the UK. The group operate 16 schools and nurseries across Greater London; employing more than 330 staff to look after 1,300+ pupils.


ILG are currently looking to recruit outstanding Nursey Managers to lead within their early years settings.


As Nursey Manager you will play a key role in the business management and overall experience of the setting. The manger will lead the team to ensure a high-quality education offering ensure they meet the Inspired Learning Educational excellence.


Successful candidates will have significant experience gained within an early years setting and will possess a relevant professional qualification. You will have strong management experience and organisational skills to ensure there are robust systems and procedures in place.

The post holder will be responsible for the efficient management of the nursery and the development of a well-qualified and experienced team and will possess an excellent eye for detail and strong interpersonal and communications skills.
