The Management Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting a world famous NHS trust in the appointment of a Mobilisation and Transition Manager, on a fixed term contract for 9 months.

Working closely with senior stakeholders your will be responsible for the full lifecycle planning and delivery of a mobilisation insourcing project of all soft services within the trust.

The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience and strong knowledge of mobilising soft services within a large organisation, dealining with multiple stakeholders at varying levels, as well as strong project and transition planning skills. Outstanding communication is a must for this role, as well as the ability to build relationships quickly and to deliver projects on time.

You will be well-versed in all matters relating to soft services, including national cleaning standards.
