Are you an individual with a reputation for delivering a high standard of customer service for your clients in the Real Estate industry? Are you a real estate professional who has managed client portfolios in a different way, in order to drive new levels of value to your customers?

MRG are working with a leading, global Real Estate organisation who are instructed to manage a client Portfolio in a customer-centric way. Recognising that the nature of property use is moving from the corporate to the consumer, the Client has a desire to innovate the environments in which their customers work and live towards service-led excellence.

As the Managing Director for the Client business, you will act as the main point of contact between the Real Estate organisation and the client, leading the transformation of the Client business. You will work collaboratively to implement new programs and systems to improve both the client experience and their customer occupier experience, in line with the client’s values.

Not only will you be responsible for the P&L performance of the business, you will head up the commercial strategy and development of the business through sales, client success and targeted initiatives to drive business growth.

An ambassador for the company brand, you will be someone who has several years’ experience improving and spearheading the customer experience for a multi-faceted, global brand. Working closely with the Asset Management team, your key objective is to deliver the vision for the client business by delivering high levels of client service and customer occupier service across the brand, generating excitement about the Services that the company offers and injecting enthusiasm and engagement into every aspect of the role.

Key requirements for the role

  • Demonstrable leadership and people management experience, driving team performance both direct reports and across wider teams
  • Track record of leading projects to deliver seamless client services
  • Business development and client relationship management experience
  • Demonstrable ability to take responsibility of sizeable and complex client instructions
  • Experience in networking and building relationships internally and externally
  • Experience in lead client contact positions, conducting pitches and presentations
  • Demonstrable technical competence in areas relevant to role
  • In-depth market and local knowledge in the relevant business area
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry sector
  • Financial acumen and budget management
  • High level business and report writing experience
  • In-depth knowledge of current legislation and case law relevant to role
  • IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)

You will ultimately set a new standard for service and client and customer experience in the Real Estate sector, supporting the wider business in its ambitions to grow by being clearly differentiated from their competition.

For the right individual this role pays a salary of between £120,000 - £160,000 per annum, a discretionary bonus and benefits package.
