Bidwells are seeking to appoint a Lead Facilities Manager with a proven track record of delivering hard services across a region. In total, this role will cover 80+ buildings, overseeing the wide range of service providers and specialist contractors, ensuring they are reaching their KPI’s and Bidwells are receiving best possible service and value for money. As well as external contractor management, the Lead FM will manage a small team of Facilities Managers across the region.

The successful candidate will have a recognised M&E and Health & Safety qualification. They will be an effective communicator, with the ability to form relationships with multiple stakeholders. They will be IT proficient and have an understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM).
