The Management Recruitment Group has been retained by a notable London based Public Sector Body to source 2 Interim Senior Project Managers (Capital Refurbishment) paying £300 - £400 per day.

Reporting to the Director of Projects, you will be responsible for a number refurbishment projects in the £10m+ value range to historic/listed status Buildings.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing technically complex refurbishment projects to historic/listed status buildings in a client side or client’s consultant role.

Due to the historic/listed status nature of the buildings, applicants must have excellent stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and collaborative communication style. Strong technical skills are essential as it is expected that candidates will be adept at managing all stages of the project lifecycle from briefing and through to procurement and construction delivery.
