About the client

On behalf of our client, a public sector organisation, we are seeking an Interim Recruitment Manager to take on a 3 month rolling contract. Due to a recent leaver, our client is in need of an immediate starter to pick up several ongoing recruitment campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

As an experienced public sector recruitment specialist, you will have over 5 years experience recruiting to a variety of roles across multiple service lines. You will be responsible for a first class recruitment and selection service, attracting, selecting and onboarding candidates quickly into the organisation. This includes building strong candidate pipelines to achieve ambitious recruitment plans over the next few years.

You must have experience using public sector procurement frameworks to bring in both interim and permanent candidates. Ideally, this will include Crown Commercial Services (CCS) frameworks, as well as other options as and when required.
