The Management Recruitment Group is working with a market leading supplier of Student Accommodation to source an Interim Building/Project Surveyor for a minimum of 4 months paying £250Ltd - £280Ltd per day.

Based in the Midlands and across Birmingham and Leicestershire (with very occasional visits to Scotland), the successful candidate will be responsible for surveying projects to include; Major Refurbishments, Electric Boilers, Fire Doors, New Windows, Lift Refurbishments and Re-cladding.

Successful candidates will have proven experience in lead Project Surveyors roles, with responsibility for projects from £1m - £10m in value. You will have strong stakeholder engagement abilities and interpersonal skills, with a customer focused approach:

  • Autonomous working

It is expected that the successful candidate will possess a relevant built environment as well as having experience of delivering projects to Student Accommodation and/or Residential Housing.
