The Management Recruitment Group is working with a market leading supplier of Student Accommodation to source an Interim Project Manager/Surveyor for a minimum of 4 months.

Based in the Midlands and working to the South Coast, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects to include; Major Refurbishments, Electric Boilers, Fire Doors and Re-cladding.

Successful candidates will have proven experience in lead project management roles, with responsibility for managing projects from £1m - £10m in value. You will have strong stakeholder engagement abilities and interpersonal skills, with a customer focused approach.

It is expected that the successful candidate will possess a relevant built environment as well as having experience of delivering projects to Student Accommodation and/or Residential Housing.
