The Management Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting a leading public sector organisation, in the appointment of an interim Head of Facilities for a period of 3 months whilst permanent recruitment for the position can take place.

The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for leading, managing and developing the facilities function, and to a team of up to 250 staff, ensuring the continuous development and delivery of high quality "soft" facility services across the large, multi-site organisation. You will also assist in the development the department’s strategic plan, in line with the organisations' strategies, providing services which are staff and customer focused, in line with all relevant legislative requirements.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering a facilities service across a comparable, high footfall estate, operating at a senior level with experience of developing and leading high performing teams. This is an interim role, so it is essential that you are available immediately.
