The Management Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a world renowned London university to appoint a key interim role to help support the development and progression of their IFM contract.

As the interim Head of Facilities Contracts you will be responsible for the continued development and management of the universities IFM contract offering. In this role, you will be hands on and in the detail of the day-to-day facilities operation across the campus, responsible for the effective monitoring of KPIs against strict service level agreements. Ensuring that service delivery and quality remain of the highest standards, as well as compliance and kept in line and up to date.

The successful candidate will come from a similar facilities management background and have an extensive and demonstratable experience of managing large, multi-disciplined IFM/TFM contracts against strict KPIs and SLAs. You will be hands on with your approach, customer and client delivery focused and will always strive to give a best-in-class service.

Initially required for 3 months, there is potential for this opportunity to be extended.

The successful candidate will need to be available to start quickly.
