If you are looking for an opportunity to utilise your facilities management and customer service skills, this is the role for you. The Management Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting an inspirational organisation in the recruitment of an interim Head of Facilities for a period of 3 months initially.

Working in South East London for an organisation that helps those in most need, you will be responsible for providing a world class customer service experience to not only key stakeholders on site, but also visitors and senior management alike. Drawing on your facilities management expertise, you will be required to effectively manage a dynamic soft services offering, including an onsite restaurant as well as creative areas such as arts and therapies.

With your outstanding communication and customer centric attitude, you will craft and create a happy and comfortable environment for all those who utilise the organisations wonderful service. Your leadership and motivational skills will enable you to effectively manage a thoughtful and helpful team to deliver an exceptional service across the organisation.

Your excellent soft services background will show that you have a keen eye for detail and understand the need to provide an efficient and collaborative experience, coupled with a “bigger picture” thinking towards service – understanding the need for effective structures and procedures to be in place.
