An educational organisation in North London are looking for an Interim Maintenance Manager to lead the day to day operational running of their campus, the role will mainly involve managing planned and reactive maintenance programmes, as well as small works projects.
The successful candidate will have previous maintenance management experience at a senior level within a similar public-sector organisation. Strong leadership skills and a can-do attitude are essential for the role. The ideal candidate will possess engineering qualifications and have experience in delivering M&E maintenance. Health and Safety or Facilities Management qualifications would be desirable.
This is an interim role that is expected to last for approximately 6 months, please only apply if you can commit to the period of time.
