Due to the continued growth of the Hotels Transactions and Advisory business, this real estate consultancy business is seeking to appoint a Director of Project Management with a specialism in the hotel and hospitality sectors across the UK to complement the team.

They are seeking a forward thinking, dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial flair, who will focus on the growth and development of the Hotels Project Management team. It is expected that you will work closely, not only with the Senior Leadership team of the specialist hotel division and the wider building consultancy to define the vision for the hotels project management, setting out strategic plans, but also to build and maximise relationships.

Ideally the successful candidates will have an intimate knowledge of the hotel sector and a track record of delivering new build hotel developments and repositioning of existing schemes. Applicants from a developer or operator background focused on hotels will also be considered.

This is a truly outstanding opportunity to join a high performing leadership team, where you have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the wider business and the autonomy to grow and develop a business stream.

For more information or a confidential discussion about the role, please contact Melanie Pye (melanie.pye@mrgpeople.co.uk) or Matthew Evans (matthew.evans@mrgpeople.co.uk).
