MRG is working with a highly reputable global organisation, who boast decades of accolades and awards won as an industry leader. Due to their ongoing success, this real estate consultancy business is seeking to appoint a Director of Project Management with a specialism in the BTR and Student Accommodation (PBSA) to complement the team.

They are seeking a forward thinking, dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial flair, who will focus on the growth and development of the BTR and PBSA Project Management team. It is expected that you will work closely, not only with the Senior Leadership team of the specialist transactions and valuations division but also the wider building consultancy to define the vision for BTR and PBSA project management, setting out strategic plans, but also to build and maximise relationships.

Ideally the successful candidate will have an intimate knowledge of the BTR and or PSBA sector, and a track record of delivering new build developments and repositioning of existing schemes. Applicants from a developer or operator background focused on either BTR or PBSA will also be considered.

This is a truly outstanding opportunity to join a high performing leadership team, where you have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the wider business and the autonomy to grow and develop a business stream.
