We've been instructed by a newly created property and asset management group that specialises in place making and community engagement for mixed use developments.

We're seeking a Community Engagement Manager (Communications Manager) to strategically lead on 2 high profile mixed use developments in London.

The successful candidate will be chief liaison for the sites and to identify and execute strategically important improvements in the customer journey and experience touchpoints.

The company has invested in technology and apps which you will be the SME for and to make the role more seamless. This is a great opportunity to join an industry disrupter and to have a real input into what is a newly created and pivotal role.

Successful candidates will have gained their experience in a similar capacity with a developer or house builder, however those that have this experience with a managing agent (or related) will also be considered. Having a natural can-do attitude and the ability to influence internal stakeholders is essential.

As a newly created role within the company, the salary package will be DOE.
