We’re recruiting for a multi-national real estate advisory business and helping them secure a Key Account Manager to join the business on a 12 month FTC.

The role sits in the central business development function and reports into the Head of Commercial. This is a client facing role with responsibility for providing client development and relationship management to a portfolio of key accounts in sectors that include: occupier & investor, energy, transport and infrastructure

The objective of this is to retain revenue through key service lines and drive new profitable growth via the development of said accounts. You will act in an advisory capacity to the business and therefore have a strategic eye for how active and profitable the accounts are.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have gained your commercial experience in a similar Account Management focused role, ideally in the property or professional services sector. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of organically growing a portfolio of key accounts with a solid understanding for the programme that it follows. The successful candidate will be analytical, emotionally intelligent and have the ability to influence a range of internal and external stakeholders.
