A Career in Management Recruitment

Real Estate, Facilities, Development and Estate Management Specialists

Monument, City of London

Do you think you are in the wrong role?

Have you thought about a career in Consultancy?

Have friends and colleagues suggested you could be successful in recruitment?

Have you made a start in Recruitment but would like to work on retained, committed mandates?

Some of our most successful Consultants went through exactly that thought process. Their backgrounds and early careers were spent in Property Management, Student Services, Sales and Marketing or in High Street recruitment.

  • Recruitment can be really rewarding. We create life changing career moves for people and help build high flying teams. You can make an impact.
  • It is a deal led, commission and bonus industry, where established recruiters make strong financial rewards.
  • It can be stimulating, challenging and difficult, sometimes all at the same time. It is never the same and that is what a lot of recruiters love.
  • You need to be empathetic and intuitive, but you also need to be thick-skinned. You can spend days making headhunt calls only to end up back where you started. You can be thwarted at any stage of an assignment and only planning, intuition and hard work can ensure a successful result.
  • It can be fun and it can be challenging. One thing is for certain, is that it’s not for the faint hearted.

We are looking to recruit our next generation of Retained Search Consultants. We plan to hire three new team members (with some industry experience or recruiters who love recruitment but are frustrated by contingency assignments, margin pressure, inflexible KPIs or those who simply wish to explore Executive/Search recruitment).

We are looking to develop a two-year  programme, designed to teach the systems, processes and skills necessary to win and deliver Retained Search. The initial twelve-month training programme will introduce you to Research, Headhunting, Competency Selection Methods, Key Client Management, Psychometric Testing and Emotional Intelligence Testing, Longlisting, Shortlisting and On-boarding which will be delivered by our sector leading Directors and senior management team. As a peer group, the new team members will benefit from mentorship within the group and from the wider business.

We are an International Search Recruiter with a strong team of successful recruiters working from three offices (London, Manchester and Kuala Lumpur), where our senior leaders have an average of over 15 years recruitment expertise. This has created a mature and professional environment where everyone contributes to the success, future and direction of the business in highly collaborative environment.

So what’s missing?

Well, if you are client focused, creative, motivated, focused, ambitious, and keen to make an impact within a highly challenging and successful business, then all that is missing is you.
