We are working with a Volume House Building business who are looking for a Buyer to join the team in their offices in Essex

They are currently seeking to appoint a Buyer from a Residential Development background to manage the procurement process for all materials, managing material budgets, allocating materials, material scheduling, compiling monthly reports to the regional board.

They will work on a number of varying house types at any one time from Timber Frame developments, through to Traditional Build sites of up to 500 units.

You will be IT literate and will be able to use Excel for logging and keeping track on costings and preferential rates. You will be a self-motivated individual who can work on your own and work with various departments to achieve a smooth procurement process.

On offer is a basic salary of between £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, car allowance, pension, healthcare and generous holiday entitlement.
