We’re supporting a multinational law firm to appoint an interim Business Development Manager spearhead fee generating opportunities in one of their key service lines.
As part of a the Business Development unction, this role also supports a Partner of in the Employment & Reward division. This is a key appointment to the business and is a newly created opportunity as the business enters a new market by way of acquisition.
The successful candidate will have gained their commercial experience a client facing new business role, ideally in the professional services sector. It would be advantageous but not essential to have championed employment and reward programs. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of sales and an ability to influence a range of stakeholders.
In return, you will receive a basic salary of c. £50,000-£60,000 p.a. plus an industry leading bonus scheme and, as a large, growing and employee organisation, it offers a range of exciting benefits including private healthcare, life assurance and pension to name but a few.
