Our client, one of the leading construction businesses in the UK are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager for their Property Services business.
A background and excellent knowledge of the property services sector is essential, specifically planned and reactive maintenance within social housing. You will have current knowledge of procurement routes and regulations that affect the sector and be able to work efficiently with people at all levels. The role will require you to identify and develop quality business opportunities by identifying and developing clients that value our offering. You will initiate relationships with these potential clients through analysis, market/sector understanding and direct contact. In discussion with the Leadership Team the role will also grow, validate and monitor client specific development plans.
