My client, a specialist provider of security systems and FM solutions are seeking a Business Development Manager to join the Fire and Security division of their business.

About the role

With the support of the sales director, you will work to develop existing client relationships as well as bringing on new business. You will also work with other areas of the business to take advantage of cross selling opportunities. You will network and generate leads, follow up and arrange meetings with decision makers, attend networking events, grow your network via social media and keep up to date with the latest industry news.

About you

My client is looking for an experienced sales professional who has worked within the security sector, specifically security and fire systems. You will have a proven track record for bringing in new business as well as developing existing business. You must be passionate about sales and have the drive and motivation to manage your own time and workload. This is a client facing role so previous experience in a client facing environment is essential. You must also have previous experience managing / supporting bids.
