UCL Accommodation has set out an ambitious new vision of becoming the leading provider of accommodation in the HEI sector; delivering an exceptional student experience and is embarking on new strategy to delivery this vision. The UCL accommodation team manage 26 halls which are home to 6500 students.

Overview

This new role will be key in developing relationships with our global network. You will champion effective multi-channel sales and marketing techniques to promote our properties to agents, summer schools and groups; ensuring we have a pipeline of income during the summer period. Working closely with the Deputy Head of Operations to underpin the customer service strategy ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across the board.

Person Specification

You will be highly creative, innovative and ambitious with a track record of working in a B2B Sales environment. Ideally you will have extensive experience in a direct sales or marketing role. You will have an understanding of customer experience and will strive to achieve excellence.
