We’re mandated by a multinational property consultancy to search and select a Business Development Executive to join the UK head office in Central London. This is a newly created role and central to the company’s growth strategy.

The post of Business Development Executive sits in the central business development function and is seen as a key hire to the business. It reports into the Commercial Director, whose remit is to oversee the account management programme.

You will take an active role in identifying and reporting on the active and profitable accounts, taking the lead on business development initiatives with key internal stakeholders and supporting the bid team with the “overflow” of bidding opportunities.

To be considered for this role, you will have gained your experience working in a bids / business development capacity in the built environment or professional services sectors. An eye for detail, the ability to project manage and strong interpersonal skills to influence a wide range of stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.

In return, you will receive a basic salary of c. £36,000 - £45,000 p.a. plus a range of exciting benefits.
