As part of their continued expansion, Bidwells require a Building Manager for a newly refurbished building located at Oxford Science Park. The space will be used for Scientific Research so experience in managing laboratory space would be beneficial. The building Manager will liaise with all tenants to resolve all building related issues and foster a good working relationship with each. As well as liaising with appointed contractors in respect of planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring they have permits to work and the inspection of RAMS.

The successful candidate will have experience in overseeing various service provisions, including M&E maintenance, security and cleaning. They will be an effective communicator, with the ability to form relationships with multiple stakeholders. They will be IT proficient and have an understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM).
