My client, a leading FM provider is seeking to appoint a Bid Writer for their office in Manchester. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on large bidding opportunities within the FM sector.

About the company

An American backed, market leader in hard services within the FM space. They are well regarded in the industry as a leading provider of Hard and Soft Services. They work closely with their clients to create bespoke service packages to meet specific requirements. Their facilities management services are supported by strong technical service capabilities as well as market leading compliance and a highly skilled work force.

About the role

This role will involve creating award winning content for FM bids across the UK. You will be responsible for coordinating the bid, producing the content, formatting, chasing subject matter experts and ensuring the bid is ready to be submitted by the deadline. You will be working as part of a small team who get involved in all aspects of the bid process. It is a real team working environment and they aren’t afraid to take on responsibilities that may not necessarily be in their job description.

About you

My client is looking for an experienced bid writer who has worked within the FM industry looking for a new challenge, in an innovative, progressive business. You must be a strong writer, have exceptional project management skills and a determination to succeed in all aspects of the bid process. InDesign is not essential however it would be an advantage.
