A Bid Team Coordinator is now required to join the pre construction team of a highly regarded and rapidly expanding fit out contractor in Central London. You will have had exposure coordinating the bid process answering PQQ’s and be able to support the Business development team in lead generation and promotion of the business in line with their long term business development plans.

A strong ability to use InDesign is essential as there will be elements of graphic design involved as part of the role where you will contribute to the design and layout of bid templates and marketing material. This is an extremely varied role where you will get a chance to organise client events and support the marketing team in the development of innovative landing pages, online brochures and contribute your own ideas along the way. You will be required to attend reception as and when and occasionally support in PA activities for the directors.
