I am currently seeking a Bid Manager for a leading Construction and Property Consultancy. This role can be based in any of their UK offices and they offer a hybrid working approach.

About the role

You will be responsible for – monitoring tender inboxes for new opportunities, reviewing bid documentation, preparing and developing responses to quality and technical questions, publishing the tender documents before the deadline, completing post submission feedback / reviews, supporting the development and maintenance of sector and company capability documents, supporting the director and Head of Division with the production of materials for internal and external presentations and maintaining a system of up to date standard business development information including CV’s, photographs, standard library content and project profiles.

About you

You will be an experienced bid manager, who ideally comes from a construction consultancy background. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience proofreading formatting, quality checking and compiling formal documents. A high level of InDesign is essential, as is extensive experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
