A Bid Manager is now required to join a growing and successful fit out and refurbishment arm of a main contractor to be based in the heart of the city.

The main purpose of this role is to produce high quality and customer focused content, in line with the organisation’s value and style. Due to the nature of this role applicants will have come from a main contracting background ideally with a history of winning bids within the fit out or design and build sectors.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • A self-starter who is eager to learn and progress within a very “hands on approach” environment;
  • Good understanding and front line experience of project managing end to end bid process;
  • Demonstrable success in formulating and delivering winning bids / projects , assisting in storyboarding, key review meetings and final document reviews;
  • Worked on projects ranging in value between £1million and £10millon;
  • A strong use of oral and written English, with the ability to present complex ideas in a straightforward context;
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in relevant subject.
