A Bid Manager is required to join a Tier1 main contractor to assist in their ever expanding growth plans. You will be responsible for the success and growth of the sales, business development and pre-construction areas of the business. A proven successful background working for a main contractor in a Bid Management role is essential. There will be involvement with managing a team of bid support individuals as well as managing your own bids, assessment of resource, costing and technical requirements where necessary alongside attending site visits and client briefing meetings.

This position has been generated to facilitate expansion and is not replacing staff, seeking ideally an experienced Intermediate level Pre Construction Manager that can hit the ground running and integrate into the existing team.
