My client, a market leading consultancy and construction business are seeking a Bid Manager to join their team in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity to join a well-known organisation and be part of their continuous growth.

About the role

Working with stakeholders and the wider bid team, you will support the business by planning and managing the bid process and delivering first class tender responses. You will be responsible for developing the bid strategy, executing the bid strategy, managing the end to end process, writing content, bid submission, post-tender presentations and continuous improvement. You will take responsibility for junior members of the team during a bid, provide coaching as and when required.

About you

My client is looking for an experience bid manager who ideally comes from a consultancy background however applicants within the wider built environment are encouraged to apply. You must be confident working alone when managing a bid, have a high standard of written English and posses the skills to manage delivery through direct and indirect reports. Strong organisation and time management skills are essential. Previous working knowledge of InDesign would be preferred however this isn’t essential.
