My client, a market leading facilities service provider is looking for a Bid Manager to join their team in London. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on national bidding opportunities within the FM sector.

About the role

Working within a small team and with the wider business, you will be responsible for creating award winning bids for various sized FM contracts. You will manage the full bid process for assigned bids and be responsible for writing non-technical content. You will work closely with SME’s to ensure you are providing a first class response to all questions. As with most bid roles, project management is key so strong organisational and timekeeping skills are essential.

About you

My client is looking for an experienced bid writer / manager who ideally has a facilities management background. You must be a passionate bidder who is happy to get involved in all aspects of the bid process. Previous experience working on InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator would be an advantage however this isn’t essential. You must be confident managing a bid from concept through to completion.
