My client, a leading FM provider is seeking to appoint a Bid Manager for their office in London. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on large bidding opportunities within the FM sector.

They are well regarded in the industry as a leading provider of Hard and Soft Services. They work closely with their clients to create bespoke service packages to meet specific requirements. Their facilities management services are supported by strong technical service capabilities as well as market leading compliance and a highly skilled work force.

About the role

This position will see you involved in all aspects of the bid process from inception to completion. You will develop and manage the bid plan, identify risks and issues that may arise and put preventative measures in place to avoid possible delays. You will be responsible for putting together a winning bid team and ensuring all resources are readily available. Working closely with the wider bid team will allow a smooth flowing bid to be produced and reporting at set milestones will monitor deadlines to ensure each step is completed on time.

About you

My client is looking for an experienced bid manager who can hit the ground running from day one. They are flexible with the amount of experience you have however experience working within Facilities Management is essential. You must have a solid understanding of hard / soft services however hard service experience is preferred.
