A Bid Manager is required to join a regional main contractor to assist in their ever expanding growth plans. You will be responsible for the success and growth of the sales, business development and pre-construction areas of the business. A proven successful background working for a main contractor is essential as is being commercially astute, having assisted in the pre-construction delivery of £multimillion projects. There will be involvement with managing the Tender/Bid process and assessment of resource, costing and technical requirements where necessary alongside attending site visits and client briefing meetings. A knowledge of basic programming would be highly desirable combined with the ability to answer qualitative questions as part of the bidding process.

This position has been generated to facilitate expansion and is not replacing staff, seeking ideally an experienced Intermediate level Pre Construction/Bid Manager that can hit the ground running and integrate into the existing team.
