With over 30 years’ experience within the FM sector, my client is a leading provider of hard and soft services into the public and private sector. They manage and maintain some of the most recognised landmarks in the UK as well as some of the top high street buildings. They aim to work in partnership with client to delivery long term partnerships covering a wide range of services from cleaning, security, catering and M&E.
About the role
This position will see you involved in all aspects of the bid process from concept to completion. You will develop and manage the bid plan as well as identify risks and issues that may arise. You will be responsible for managing a team of proposal executives and proposal managers to ensure a smooth flowing bid is produced and reporting at set milestones to monitor deadlines.
My client is looking for an experienced Bid Manager who can hit the ground running from day one. You will come from an FM background and have experience across hard or soft services. A sound understanding of the bid process is essential and previous management of a team will be a huge benefit.
