We are supporting a market leader in the Construction industry in the search for an experienced Bid Manager to be based out of their regional office in Surrey.

This is the UK’s largest privately owned contractor that is now looking to push their development and property side of the business. You will work closely with both the pre-construction and development directors in order to create exceptional Bids - managing the process from conception through to Client handover, therefore previous 'client facing' experience is essential. Utilising the Estimating and Pre-Construction teams, you will write bid content from scratch and formulate strategic bid-win plans. Additionally, you will play an integral part in maintaining internal and external relationships. The successful candidate will have a very high standard of written English and be highly versed using InDesign and the relevant Microsoft packages. Ideally, you would have come from a Project / Design Management or Planning background and be commercially astute. The business will also consider someone with a strong - and proven track record in Bid Management, who has the experience of working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Main Contractor.
