My client, a leader in support services is seeking to appoint a Bid Executive for their office in Luton. This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant company in a period of growth.

About the role

You will work closely with the business development and operations team to support the production of PQQ’s, bid responses and client proposals. Main duties include – construct bid responses by editing existing text and writing new content, respond to PQQ’s, RFP’s and ITT’s, ensure all documents produced follow the approved bid process, proofread documents to minimise errors, coordinate documents, ensure deadlines are met and maintain the bid library, identifying suitable new material. This role offers hybrid working, with 2 days at home and 2 days in the office.

About you

My client is looking for an experienced Bid Executive who has experience working on multi-service bids. You will have strong writing skills and previous experience working as a bid writer in a dynamic environment. Ideally, you will hold a degree in English Literature, Journalism or something similar. Some InDesign experience would be preferred but is not essential.
