My client, a global healthcare company is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join their team on a 14 month fixed term contract. There is the potential to secure a permanent role.

About the role

You will work with the wider tender team and internal departments to ensure all bid / tender responses are accurate and comprehensive. You will review all tender response information, highlight development areas and potential risk, work with the business to develop and build robust commercial bids, take responsibility for the commercial bid templates (working with the financial controller), prepare and present bid proposals to the Sales Manager, collaborate with internal teams to produce all customer communications and support the marketing strategy. This role offers flexible working.

About you

You will be an experienced bid professional who can support a large organisation on 30+ bids per year. Previous experience with NHS bids / tenders would be beneficial however my client is open to any sector experience. You must be a strong communicator, and have excellent written and oral skills, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
