I am currently recruiting for a Bid Coordinator for a 9 month FTC (with the potential to be extended to 12 months).

About the role

You will be responsible for supporting the Bid Manager with all bid and proposal activity from qualification through to contract award. You will also be responsible for – administration of tender alerts portal information, registering the company’s interest in tendering for work, developing and delivering pre-qualifications, proposals, presentations and tenders, proofreading draft responses and preparing supporting bid submission materials including CV’s and case studies.

About you

You must be an experienced bid coordinator with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will have strong organisational, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Experience using InDesign would be an advantage.
