Salary: £30,000 to £35,000

Job Description:

Within this role you will report to the Senior Bid Coordinator and work closely with the UK BD team. You will be required to manage bids for a number of Partners & Sector Leaders, support the management of the project pipeline, and coordinate and manage tight deadlines.

You must have a keen eye for detail and excellent written communications skills, as you will review documentation against bid criteria to ensure client’s requirements are met and the responses are tailored and focused. You will also be required to manage relationships with internal stakeholders, taking part in Bid Kick-Off meetings for significant bids to understand bid themes and work collaboratively with technical and visual communication teams.


  • Communicate intentions to bid with BDM and necessary work winning communities.
  • Review bid documentation identifying requirements and deadlines, raising potential issues.
  • Check the commercial team is informed where necessary to ensure that commercial / legislative requirements are met.
  • Review input to bids from technical teams against bid criteria.
  • Collate all submission documents – ensuring accuracy of input, proof-reading and spell checking.
  • Communicate and coordinate graphic requirements with the Visual Communications team.
  • Assist in the design and production of material relating to the client presentation stage of the bid process.

Essential skills:

  • Previous marketing, business development and bid coordination experience.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • IT Skills including Adobe Design Standard and Microsoft Office.


  • Previous experience within architectural, construction or engineering industries.
