My client, a leading FM Service provider is seeking to appoint a Bid Coordinator for their office in London. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and work nationally on bidding opportunities within the FM sector.

About the company

They are well regarded in the public and private sector as a leading provider of hard and soft services. They work in partnership with their clients to provide bespoke facilities management solutions across the built environment.

About the role

You will be responsible for monitoring new opportunities via various portals and ensure portals are updated and maintained to keep a steady flow of new business coming in. You will be completing PQQ’s and supporting all areas of the business including writers, graphic designers and managers to coordinate various documents and ensure the bid is prepared in line with agreed deadlines.

About you

My client is looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator who can hit the ground running from day one. You must have a solid understanding of the bid process and ideally come from a Facilities Management background however other sectors within the built environment will be considered. You must have strong organisational skills, be able to work towards deadlines and work well under pressure.
