My client, a leading provider of FM services is seeking a Bid / Sales Coordinator to join their team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an internationally recognised business who can offer unlimited potential to grow and develop your career.

About the role

Sales - You will be responsible for assisting with all sales opportunities within your area of responsibility and arranging sales calls for senior management. You will also be working with sub-contractors and business development managers to ensure the best price for all sales opportunities.

Bids - You will be assisting in the completion of all PQQ, ITT, RFP, RFI and sales brochures.

Support – You will be responsible for arranging contract review meetings, diary and email management, tracking of holidays and sickness within your area of responsibility as well as other ad hoc duties.

About you

My client is looking for someone who has experience within bids or business development but has an interest in both. Coming from a facilities management background would be ideal however my client will consider people from other industries. You need to be self-motivated, deadline driven and have strong project management skills as this is essential to managing the bid process.
