We’re supporting a multinational QS / multi-disciplinary company by sourcing a Bid Coordinator, to join a highly successful Business Development function based at the London HQ.

As part of a the central bid function, these roles supports various internal stakeholders in coordinating successful business development initiatives. This is a key appointment to the business and central to the company’s immediate expansion plans. The role is instrumental in project managing the bid process from inception to completion by leading kick-off meetings, responding to PQQs / ITTs, creating content and engaging internal stakeholders to prepare for pitch presentations.

The successful candidate will have gained their commercial experience in developing winning bids, ideally in the built environment such as property and construction. Characteristic of the successful candidate will include being analytical and having a flair for the English language. Ideally you will be proficient in the use of InDesign or other design suites.

In return, you will receive a basic salary of £35,000 - £37,500 p.a. plus an industry leading bonus scheme and, as a large, growing and employee organisation, it offers a range of exciting benefits including private healthcare, life assurance and pension to name but a few.
