Our client, an infrastructure consultancy firm who provide services to a range of NHS, non-NHS and international clients are looking for a Bid Co-ordinator to join their team based in London.
Your role will be to support the company in producing bid documents, designing reports and presentations that have a high visual impact. Creating graphics ensuring a cohesive and consistent approach that demonstrates the company’s professional approach to existing and prospective clients.
You will build and maintain a bid management library of content for re-use where possible including, graphics, curriculum vitae’s, project case studies and method statements to support the production of bids. Proof-reading and updating internal and customer-facing content, through to sign-off will also be key while ensuring all proposals produced are aligned with corporate brand guidelines.
The successful candidate will have experience working as a bid co-ordinator or within a bid team in a consultancy environment. They will be educated to degree level or hold a similar relevant qualification and have advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
