My client, a leading FM Service provider is seeking to appoint a Bid / Business Development Manager for their office in London. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and work nationally on bidding opportunities within the FM sector.

About the company

They are well regarded in the public and private sector as a leading provider of hard and soft services. They work in partnership with their clients to provide bespoke facilities management solutions across the built environment.

About the role

You will be responsible for identifying, managing and developing new and existing business opportunities to help deliver growth towards the business plan. You will build relationships with key decision makers to understand their business and their requirements. A key part of your role will be managing the bid process from concept to completion. You will ideally see the process through from the early stages to allow you to manage the entire process effectively. This is a busy role ideal for someone who wants to take on a varied but exciting challenge.

About you

The ideal candidate will come from an FM background and be experienced within bids and business development. You will fully understand the bid process from initial opportunity through to submission and have experience managing multi service bids with a value of £2m+. You must be a confident business developer who can create opportunities to help successfully meet the growth plan of the business. Previous experience in a client facing role is essential.
