What is the purpose of this role?

To assist in the company’s strategic growth objectives by taking responsibility and managing the provision of high quality submissions and supporting new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Develop, prepare and submit high quality PQQ and tender submissions that meet both the company’s and client requirements ensuring consistent content and messaging
  • Obtain, assess and communicate client requirements to those involved in submissions within the business and give clear guidance on those requirements
  • Assist in maintaining and improving the bid management process and challenge existing practices
  • Maintaining responsibility for client contact throughout the tender period alongside the BD Manager and Partner, and ensuring that all post tender requirements are dealt with efficiently, effectively and in a timely manner
  • Developing written solutions to identified issues and questions and co-ordinating responses written by others
  • Ensuring milestones and deadlines within the bid process are met, including management of action logs and deliverables
  • Assisting with preparation and delivery of presentations to the client as appropriate
  • Creating case studies by liaising with relevant team members
  • Updating website
  • Manage social media with external Director
  • Create internal presentations
  • Update event tracker

  • Be the go to person for any bid related work/knowledge

  • Strong written, listening and oral communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively in order to differentiate the Company from competitors
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines ensuring attention to detail and accuracy at all times
  • Provide innovative solutions to complex problems throughout the bid management process
  • Build strong relationships with all Directors and employees internally and work collaboratively with them at all stages of the big management process
