This busy Project Management team within a leading consultancy, currently has an exciting challenge for driven and results focused Associate. The successful applicant will play an active role in the continued development of an already established project management team into the Higher Education (HE) / Further Education (FE) sectors.

Working with this focused and personable Director, you will work closely to realise their short and long term growth strategy for HE and FE.

Whilst there is a very healthy pipeline, they are looking for an individual who will play an active role in the development of the HE/FE. You will be responsible for maximising current clients as well as sourcing new opportunities through your network as well as client development through industry networking events/ seminars/ conferences etc.

This is an excellent role for a self starter who thrives on getting the results both from a financial and client satisfaction standpoint. The successful individual will also be client focused and enjoy achieving

Your time will be split between work winning and project delivery, maximising opportunities across the sector and building relationships with internal colleagues to optimise prospect opportunities. In addition, you will be involved in the further growth of team, adding people management and development, recruitment and development to your skills.

Suitable candidates will have a track record in delivering project management services across the HE/FE sector as well as a track record of work winning. You will possess Chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, RIBA).
