Leading international consultancy is currently seeking to appoint either an Associate or Project Director to join the project management team to deliver a £multi-billion masterplan in London.

The mixed-use development will create a new community, with a range of homes including affordable and social housing as well as workspace, retail, student accommodation and public realm.

Joining the scheme, you will work closely with the team to ensure the project management aspect of this multi-phase scheme is delivered within budget and on time.

The suitable individual will have a proven track record in delivering large scale mixed use regeneration schemes with a bias towards residential. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be involved in changing the landscape within this London borough.

It is expected that you are Chartered (RICS, CIOB , APM etc).
