Essentia Trading is a unique property consultancy and wholly owned subsidiary of Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. Over the past 5 years, they have established themselves globally offering a range of property services from Programme, Project and Cost Management through to Strategic Estates Development for private and public-sector organisation spanning the Healthcare, Science and Education sectors.

The business has an ambitious strategy in place and due to continued growth and client development, they are seeking add to their current leadership team in the Programme Management team. Working with the leadership team you will be part of the programme management team, managing large scale complex Estates programmes on behalf of NHS Trusts, Research and Development facilities or Higher Education Institutions across the UK. Programmes may include managing cost efficiencies, estates rationalisation, programme management of masterplan/ capital development or restructuring an estates team.

The successful candidate will have a track record in programme management across either the Healthcare, Science or Education sectors from a consultancy or client-side organisation and looking for that next step in their career. As part of the role, you will be expected to develop both existing and new clients and play an integral part in the continued growth of the business. It is preferable that the suitable candidates will possess Chartered Status (RICS, APM,CIOB, RIBA or Building Surveying).
