Leading consultancy is seeking to expand their Public Sector Project Management team by making the appointment of an ambitious Associate Director to deliver a £2.5bn prison transformation.

The programme is designed to transform the MOJ's estate by upgrading existing prisons/rehabilitation centres as well as new build facilities.

As the Associate Director, you will not only be responsible for delivering projects as well as playing an active role managing the team as well as assisting with the strategic growth of the business.

The suitable candidate will currently be in a similar role with prior experience of delivering schemes at a senior level on large scale construction projects in excess £100m. In addition you will have a good working knowledge of NEC. Custodial experience is highly desirable. It is also preferrable that you are Chartered (MRICS,MCIOB, MAPM etc)
